My Place Hotel-Medford, Or had a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and even a two-burner stove. The cleanliness was commendable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was awful. it would cycle on and off nonstop, making the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the scorching 101F heat. I requested a room change but was told they were fully booked, which left me disappointed. The morning staff didn't offer any compensation for the discomfort caused by the malfunctioning cooling system.

Very clean. the staff went above and beyond. They even arranged a 4AM airport shuttle with a local taxi—no extra charge! Plus, no security deposit fees for debit card users! Just what I needed.
